Realtor® • Former National Sales Leader • Trusted Client Advocate Allan Milloy brings more than 30 years of high‑level sales leadership and client‑focused service to his work as a real estate professional in Arizona. A San Diego native with deep roots in the Southwest, his connection to Arizona began in childhood and continued through his years at Northern Arizona University, where he earned his BSBA in Marketing. Allan joined Deluxe Corporation in 1986, where his leadership and adaptability led to his appointment as the State Representative for Alaska, supporting financial institutions across one of the most challenging and unique markets in the country. In 1999, he joined Thomson Reuters, selling legal information solutions to attorneys, judges, and government agencies. He advanced quickly, becoming a regional sales manager and later being selected to lead the company’s national sales transformation at the Minnesota headquarters. He was ultimately promoted to Director of Sales for the Western U.S., a role that brought him and his family back to Arizona. In 2015, Allan was recruited to American Lawyer Media (ALM) in New York City as Chief Sales Officer. There, he led the national sales organization through a major shift from a print‑based model to a digital, enterprise SaaS company with global reach. Under his leadership, ALM expanded into the UK and Asia and was successfully positioned for sale in 2022. Allan retired in 2024 after a distinguished career marked by growth, innovation, and strong client partnerships. |
Retirement didn’t diminish Allan’s desire to help people through meaningful decisions. He earned his Arizona real estate license to bring his negotiation skills, communication strengths, and strategic mindset to buyers and sellers across the Southeast Valley.
