Today one of our agents went to preview an upcoming luxury listing right here in Gilbert, Arizona. And talk about a farmhouse fantasy.

However what sets it apart from all the other houses toured this month, is the warm embrace of the Holiday spirit displayed throughout the home. 

When she first walked in, the smell of cloves, oranges and cinnamon filled the house, leading her to the solid brass hardware and natural stone countertops. A great touch to boil a Holiday blend on the gorgeous 48" Italian gas range stove top. As she walked through she was transported to a little slice of farm life and greeted by subtle Christmas decor pieced throughout the house. It felt warm, inviting, and gives insight to what celebrating the holidays might be like when living in the actual home. It made us think that if we can get this feeling walking throughout it, imagine a family dreaming of living in the house that you might be hesitating to list. All because of the stereotype that real estate slows down during the Holidays.  

You may have had people tell you to wait during the holidays to list. We're here to tell you to embrace it. Listing your house as a "coming soon" might just bring that warm holiday spirit that sets you apart from the rest.

As the holiday season is in full swing, the Darwin Wall Team is embracing the spirit of giving through community outreach and festive seasonal events. 
Check out what the DWT has been up to for their community during the Month of December! 

Every year, the team does a Holiday Coat Drive for children in need. By using an Amazon link, those in the community can donate a coat that get it sent to the DWT office. Then the team takes all of them and hand delivers them to each child, letting them try each one on and pick a color. 
This year, with a total of over 50 coats donated, the team delivered them personally to Gilbert Elementary School the first week of December. It was so heart warming to give back to the community as a way to kick off the Holiday season. 
A massive thank you to everyone who donated - DWT could not have done it without you! 

On Saturday, Dec. 6th, the Darwin Wall Team hosted their annual Christmas Meet & Greet with Santa Clause. Our friends and families came and visited the office that was set up with the cutest Santa photo booth, candles & cookies, and a delicious Holiday Hot Coco bar. 
Thank to everyone that came and stopped by. It was such a blast sharing the holidays with you!
