Dave Rose -Chandler Realtor®

​David moved to Chandler, AZ at the age of 2 years old and has lived in Arizona ever since.  Born in Yorba Linda, CA, he still considers himself an Arizona Native.  While attending Chandler High School he began a job at a local retail grocery business in 1992, graduated as a Chandler Wolf in 1994.  It was not hard to find David stocking the shelves, bagging the groceries, or pushing grocery carts. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Agribusiness (1999) and stayed with his first job for 20 years working his way up the ladder. During his tenure he worked in numerous stores in various communities throughout the Valley of the Sun. He became fluent in Spanish but above all learned the importance of customer service, teamwork, accountability, communication & the gift of gab! 
 
With an entrepreneurial spirit and love for selling Arizona, he became a licensed Realtor in 2010 and plunged full-time into his dream job! David specializes in working with Buyers and Sellers with focus on Residential Resale, Land, Commercial & Investment/Property Management.
 
David served 7 years on the City of Chandler’s Planning & Zoning.  He currently belongs to the Chandler Horizon Rotary Club.  David loves spending time with his daughters Taylor & Violet and his long-time girlfriend Jacqueline. His hobbies include competitive golf, basketball, and cooking.
