Vanessa Contreras - Chandler Realtor
Experience:
Hola! I am a bilingual real estate agent who’s excited to be helping both English and Spanish speaking clients. I’m an Arizona native but I come from the sunniest place on earth, good ole’ Yuma, AZ. My family back home is tied to real estate, and I became interested in the industry when I started going to college. I mainly focused on school during my college years but came across an internship opportunity with the Darwin Wall Real Estate Team toward the end of my senior year. I quickly applied and was very happy to know that I had gotten the position. I started off as the social media marketing intern, and after graduating from Arizona State University with my Bachelor’s in Business Administration, I became the team’s marketing manager. I then recently decided to take the next step by going to school to get my real estate license. I’m very excited to be working with clients while continuing to come up with creative ways to market myself and the team. I truly enjoy making connections with people and I hope that with the years of customer service experience I have under my belt, I’m able to help all my clients with their real estate needs. By Day: Bilingual Real Estate Agent and Marketing Manager By Night: A very active person who loves to do combat training and weightlifting. I love staying active and I always look forward to my training sessions. To me, it’s very important to live a healthy lifestyle. I take my combat and weightlifting training very seriously, so if anyone ever wants to talk health and fitness, I’m all for it. I enjoy having conversations and making connections with just about anybody, so don’t be afraid to strike up a conversation with me! Why Marketing and Real Estate? I find marketing to be a very fun and unique way to let people know who you are, what business you own, and how you can help someone out. With the type of technology and resources we have today, it’s easy to come up with creative ways to market a business. That’s what truly draws me into the marketing aspect of real estate. Whether I’m listing a home that’s going for sale, letting the public know of what event the team is hosting, or simply educating my audience about real estate, there are plenty of ways to keep it creative and captivating. As for real estate itself, I’ve always had such a huge interest in the industry. When I was in high school, I would go on my computer and look up what homes were for sale in my hometown. I always enjoyed seeing the different homes that would be listed and I always hoped to one day be an agent so I could help someone find their new home. I get more satisfaction from seeing how happy my clients get when they finally get to live in the home of their dreams. Since every client is different, making those connections and putting in the work toward finding their new home will always be a huge satisfaction for me. |
