This past Tuesday the Darwin Wall Team attended an Arizona Dimondback's spring training game. Although the Dimondback's may have lost, it is always a good time no matter what when the team is together!
Spring Training has been a tradition in Arizona since the early 1900s when the Chicago Cubs held their first training camp in the state. Today, 15 Major League Baseball teams call Arizona their spring home, with facilities scattered across the Phoenix metropolitan area and beyond.
There's something special about Spring Training baseball in Arizona. The stadiums are smaller and more intimate, with a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Fans can get closer to the action, watching players warm up and practice before the games. Autograph seekers line the fields, hoping to snag a signature from their favorite players.
But it's not just the on-field action that draws fans to Arizona for Spring Training. The weather is a major draw as well. While much of the country is still shivering in winter's grip, Arizona is bathed in warm, sunny weather, perfect for spending an afternoon at the ballpark.
Beyond the games themselves, there's plenty to do and see in Arizona during Spring Training. The Phoenix area offers a wealth of attractions, from museums and art galleries to world-class golf courses and spas. For nature lovers, there are parks and hiking trails, as well as the stunning desert landscapes that surround the city.
Spring Training baseball in Arizona is a unique and special time, and it's an opportunity to connect with other fans, share in the excitement of a new season, and create memories that will last a lifetime.
So if you're a baseball fan, start planning your trip to Arizona for Spring Training. Whether you're a die-hard fan or a casual observer, it's an experience you won't want to miss.

Food trucks have become a popular sight in many cities across the country. One local pizza food truck that has been making waves in the community is Pizza Butcher Food Truck.

This month AZ Central posted an HGTV-like article about Rebecca Wade's process of finding her dream home. Wade viewed over 40 prospective properties with the help of her realtor who happened to be our very own Darwin Wall. Rebecca knew she wanted to be in the Chandler-Gilbert area and required that her new home was roomy enough for her and her two children. Darwin showed Rebecca numerous homes that fit her criteria over the course of last year.
After viewing an abundance of properties Wade decided that she wanted to place an offer on a 3 bedroom, 2-and-a-half bathroom home in Gilbert. Rebecca fell in love with the home's resort-style backyard and her offer of $60,000 over asking price was accepted. Rebecca went to show her kids their new home they would be living in and was excited for them to see the backyard she fell in love with. This time however, the backyard did not feel like an oasis due to the loud noise coming from the nearby Sonic's drive through. After much thought Rebecca decided that she didn't want the Sonic's noisy drive through to interfere with her privacy and ended up backing out of escrow on the property.
Rebecca was now back at square one! With the help of Darwin she decided to put an offer on a home located in the neighborhood of Felty Farms. Her offer was accepted and she closed on the home this past March. Rebecca wasn't a huge fan of the home at first, but now that her and her family have settled in she is growing to love it more and more each day. Rebecca sees her home being a potential rental property in the future. Buying a home isn't an easy process, but Darwin helped Rebecca and her family find a home that works for them (and doesn't have a fast food restaurant in their backyard!).
